With over three decades of experience across all touchpoints of design and styling, Robynne’s strategic design mentality sees her constantly sourcing inspiration from her surroundings.

Drawing on an unconventional combination of materials and design language, Robynne is focused on challenging the everyday ideals connected to interiors enhancing their power, texture and form. Having grown the brand to become Sydney’s most premium and in demand luxury styling agency, Robynne’s level of knowledge, understanding and reputation is unparalleled in the industry.

Holly Dean

Senior Interior Designer

Holly completed her studies with an Advanced Diploma of Interior Design at Sydney Design School. Prior to Holly joining Coloured Pencil, she spent 3 years working in a high-end interior design studio in Sydney focusing on creating diverse and practical interior designs across both residential and commercial projects.

As an Interior designer, she sees the detail with childlike enthusiasm, is motivated to create spaces that just make sense and values the practicality, feels, emotional response that a space can create.

She is adept at listening to the client to ensure she understands the brief, has innovative ideas, great knowledge of the industry and has built wonderful relationships with suppliers leading to a successful outcome for clients. Holly’s inspired by the finer details and effortless functionality.

Alice Wade

Stylist

Working across some of Sydney’s and London’s most awarded design practices, Alice is an accomplished stylist with a desire to exceed expectations.

With nearly a decade in the industry, she brings insightful knowledge of interior design, styling, and high-end furniture to every project.

Known not only for her refined eye and strong design sensibility but also for her warm and engaging nature, Alice brings a welcoming energy to every collaboration. She creates timeless, cohesive spaces that feel elevated yet inviting.

Through the thoughtful curation and placement of furniture, lighting, art, and textured soft furnishings, she crafts interiors that resonate emotionally and maximise a property’s appeal.

Nakayla McCowan

Administration Assistant

With over a decade of experience in administrative roles, Nakayla brings a unique blend of precision, positivity, and client-focused energy to the Coloured Pencil team. Known for her friendly and bubbly nature, she effortlessly builds strong relationships with both clients and collaborators, making every interaction a smooth and enjoyable experience.

A long-time lover of interiors, Nakayla followed her passion into formal study and is currently completing a Diploma of Interior Design. This journey allows her to channel her natural eye for detail and strong organisational skills into a more creative space.

Jorge Ornaghi

Project Administrator

Jorge keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes at Coloured Pencil, making sure every project is organised, on track, and delivered smoothly.

With years of hands-on experience in project administration, Jorge plays a central role in coordinating teams, tracking project timelines, and managing all the critical details that keep things running to plan.

He works closely with our designers, stylists, and external partners to ensure everyone stays on the same page, whether it’s scheduling, documentation, budgets, or quality control. From setting up new projects to monitoring progress and meeting deadlines, Jorge’s sharp focus and collaborative approach help bring structure to our creative process.

Logistics Team

Our logistics team is the backbone of every smooth installation and pack down. Professional, efficient, and detail-oriented, they handle every item with the utmost care, treating each space and piece as if it were their own.

With a deep understanding of the fast-paced nature of property styling, they work seamlessly with our stylists to ensure every job runs on time and without hassle. From navigating tight access points to expertly coordinating deliveries and setups, their calm, can-do attitude makes them an invaluable part of the Coloured Pencil experience.
