A seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in retail sales and a fervent passion for interior design.

Throughout her career, Wanda has honed her skills as a Retail and Sales Specialist, fostering strong team dynamics and delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments.

Wanda’s expertise extends beyond traditional retail settings; her love for interior design led her to excel as a Stylist with Coloured Pencil. There, she distinguished herself with meticulous attention to detail, outstanding communication, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled service in every project.

Now in her role as a Business Development Manager with Coloured Pencil, Wanda continues to shine. Her focus on building and nurturing client relationships is unmatched, fueled by her genuine enjoyment of working with people. Holly Dean

Senior Interior Designer

Holly completed her studies with an Advanced Diploma of Interior Design at Sydney Design School. Prior to Holly joining Coloured Pencil, she spent 3 years working in a high-end interior design studio in Sydney focusing on creating diverse and practical interior designs across both residential and commercial projects.

As an Interior designer, she sees the detail with childlike enthusiasm, is motivated to create spaces that just make sense and values the practicality, feels, emotional response that a space can create.

She is adept at listening to the client to ensure she understands the brief, has innovative ideas, great knowledge of the industry and has built wonderful relationships with suppliers leading to a successful outcome for clients. Holly’s inspired by the finer details and effortless functionality.

Chantelle Nicholson

Client Relationship Manager

Chantelle has the responsibility for Coloured Pencil’s most important asset, its people. She champions the company’s mission to “unlock the potential of every property” into unlocking the key to every team member enabling the very elements most critical in her role to harness the connective power of administration. Chantelle gained unparalleled experience establishing herself as a respected SeniorAdministrator in her previous career in the Styling industry shaping her determination to build and integrate a well organised and productive schedule managing a diverse range of projects, people, management, marketing and operations for Coloured Pencil. Chantelle’s passions are spending time with family and friends, drinking cocktails and eating anything and everything.

Mia Alleyne

Senior Stylist

Mia has an undeniable love of interiors and design having been raised in a family with immense industry knowledge.

It was only natural to embark into the industry having spent her youth surrounded by elements that enticed her curiosity and fascination with what is important to people, this has shaped her passion for attracting and mobilising her capabilities to breakthrough any challenge or restraint whilst constantly enjoying the execution of the final staging of an overall vision.

Mia values a refined sense of scale believing that how we perceive our homes influences the way we feel, with an understanding, commitment and dedication to each property.
